African Train Lodge is a budget accommodation and entertainment establishment, situated in the city centre of Cape Town, South Africa. It consists of 10 vintage railway coaches that have been shunted into place, five on each side of a long platform – the old Monument Station at Cape Town Station. The coaches are still on the tracks and the platform has not been altered, but a lodge has been built around these coaches and platform.
