We tried to stay at this hotel and found the second night that we wanted to stay that it was already booked so we ask to have the other res. canceled and we stayed at a Hilton. On our next credit card bill we were charged for a night and when I called to resolve the problem after a month it is sitt not resolved. Days Inn does not seem to place a high priority on customer satisfaction. I have now disputed the charge with our CC co.
