A wonderful Vermont inn, the two stately historic buildings which are the home of The Inn at Montpelier were built in the early 1800's. Great care has been given to preserving the many architectural details. The Inn is a part of Montpelier's national historic district and takes recalls an era of gracious living. Served by Amtrak’s Vermonter, the Inn is located about 1.5 miles from the Montpelier train station. Guests will need to contact the Inn or taxicab for transportation.
